Seacoast Field Hockey’s FREE clinics are designed to teach beginner and emerging players the basic rules and concepts of the game. The clinics will allow players to have fun, while increasing self-confidence and making new friends. Through a variety of field hockey drills, games, and development stations, you'll be able to practice basic techniques used in the sport, such as: dribbling, passing and receiving, ball control, shooting and small sided game play. This clinic is open to all skill levels, and players are grouped based on previous experience to ensure that everyone receives the appropriate instruction.
