Elite Strength & Skills Program
This bi-weekly program is geared toward intermediate and advanced level players who are looking to improve their fundamental skills and learn new advanced skills. The goal is to provide an opportunity to play in a challenging and competitive environment, with an emphasis on developing strong problem solving skills. In addition, there will be a strength & conditioning session built into each day. Players will be grouped based on age, previous experience, and skill level, to ensure that everyone is challenged and receives the appropriate instruction. This is a higher-level program and is geared to provide the most competitive environment for all participants.
We are excited to feature some world-class coaches running this summer's Elite Strength & Skills. Some of them include 3Step National Coaching Director, Coach Allan Law, who lead the USA U21s to gold at the Junior Pan American games in April and was the Associate Head Coach at Syracuse when they won their first Division 1 National Championship in 2015. Law will be assisted by Meg Bozek, former All-American and D1 Assistant Coach at the University of New Hampshire who holds her USA Level 3 Coaching Accreditation. Allan and Meg will be joined by more guest coaches this summer. Spots are limited - sign up while time lasts!
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays starting June 20th and ending August 3rd.
