Seacoast Field Hockey Skills clinics will focus on core basic concepts of field hockey and continue with advancing knowledge and skills through repetition each week. Through a variety of field hockey drills, games, and development stations, you'll be able to practice all of the techniques used in the sport, such as: dribbling, passing and receiving, ball control, shooting, defensive tackling, positioning, etc. This program is open to all skill levels and players are grouped based on previous experience on the first day, to ensure that everyone receives the appropriate instruction.
